试验结果表明 ,多菌灵在液体培养基和不同土壤中的降解较慢 ,且对荧光菌 P32 没有不良作用 ,相反还可以促进其在棉花根际的定殖 ,1 0 μg· g- 1多菌灵的促进作用可以持续 1 1 0 d,以处理后 30 d达高峰 ,P32 数量是未用多菌灵的1 2 .89倍。用半量多菌灵和 P32 混合物处理棉种 ,结果为混合物、多菌灵、P32 盆栽防效分别为72 .7%、 50 .5%和 42 .3%,大田防效分别为79.2 %、50 .8%和 62 .3%。
The results showed that carbendazim degraded slowly in liquid medium and in different soils, and had no adverse effect on P32. On the contrary, carbendazim could promote its colonization in cotton rhizosphere, with more than 10 μg · g-1 The promoting effect of bacteriocin continued for 110 days to reach the peak after 30 days. The number of P32 was 12.89 times that of carbendazim. Cottonseed was treated with a half amount of carbendazim and P32 mixture, the result was a mixture of carbendazim and P32. The control effect was 72.7%, 50.5% and 42.3%, respectively, and the field control efficiency was 79.2% and 50% respectively .8% and 62 .3%.
