1前言提高内燃机磨合质量和加快磨合过程不仅能大大节省内燃机生产厂家的人力和物力,而且能提高发动机性能,延长使用寿命。因此,搞好新机的磨合是提高生产厂家劳动生产率及产品质量的大问题。机械磨合是一个控制磨损过程。一方面要使磨损尽量加速,把机械加工中金属的粗糙表面及微观变形很快磨去,使运动表面间互相适应;另一方面又不能过量磨损以致粗糙度过小或产生宏观尺寸变化。方法之一是制订合理的磨合规范,尽量使工况苛刻而又不能产生恶性磨损;方法之二是采用有加速磨合效果的燃料或润滑油。这种燃料一般加入氧化铝或铬盐,它们燃烧后生成高硬度金属氧化物磨料,用以
