用外周血T淋巴细胞酸性α-醋酸萘酶(ANAE)法和免疫器官(脾、胸腺)与小鼠体重的比值两个指标,研究密蒙花(BuddleidofficidliaMaxim)对雌性小鼠免疫功能影响情况。结果:密蒙花煎提液组、密蒙花煎提液加环磷酰胺(CP)组分别与阴性对照组比较,脾脏和胸腺的相对重量均无显著性差异(P>0.05);密蒙花煎提液组与阴性对照组比较,ANAE阳性率有显著性差异(P<0.01);密蒙花煎提液加CP组与阴性对照组比较,ANAE阳性率有增高趋势。提示密蒙花对环磷酰胺造成的小鼠免疫功能受损有一定的拮抗作用。
The effects of Buddleid officinalis Maxim on immunological function in female mice were studied by using two methods of ANAE method and ratio of immune organ (spleen and thymus) to body weight of mice. Results: Compared with the negative control group, the relative weights of spleen and thymus did not show significant difference (P> 0.05). Compared with the negative control group, the positive rate of ANAE was significantly different (P <0.01), and the positive rate of ANAE was higher in the group treated with the fritillary-frying extract plus CP and the negative control group. These results suggest that Buddleja rubra has certain antagonism to the damage of immune function induced by cyclophosphamide in mice.
