将90例糖尿病周围神经炎并肢端溃疡患者随机分4组,结果氢麦角碱与山莨菪碱联合应用组总有效率为95%,单纯氢麦角碱组总有效率为55％,山莨菪碱组总有效率为50％,空白对照组总有效率为零。45天疗程结束后4组交叉比较,以氢麦角碱与山莨菪碱组疗效最佳。
