探讨了从贯叶连翘中提取金丝桃甙的工艺过程.研究表明,用95 % 乙醇作为溶剂来提取金丝桃甙,浓缩时加入少量(NH4)2SO4 ,在真空度为34 .66 ~8 kPa 的条件下浓缩,采用喷雾干燥的方法,可使产品中金丝桃甙的质量分数提高一个千分点,为其工业生产提供了理论和实验依据.
The process of extracting Hypericum perforatum from Hypericum perforatum was discussed. Studies have shown that hypericum perforatum is extracted with 95% ethanol as a solvent and a small amount of (NH4)2SO4 is added during concentration, with a vacuum of 34. Concentration under the condition of 66 ~ 8 kPa, the use of spray drying method can increase the quality score of Hypericum grandiflorum products in one thousand points, providing theoretical and experimental basis for its industrial production.
