我们对18例白血病性淋巴细胞分别做了E-RFC 法、Em 法及E-Yc 法花环试验,作免疫标志分型。用透射电镜观察T、B、N 及D 细胞的超微结构特征。材料和方法18例患者经临床检奄及骨髓涂片检查、确诊为急性淋巴细胞性白血病(急淋)13例,慢性淋巴细胞性白血病(慢淋)5例。化疗前取静脉血分离淋巴细胞,分别作不同花环试验,常规涂片数200只淋巴细胞,计数各种花环形成的百分率。同时按透射电镜常规制作标本,选择与羊红细胞结合的T 细胞,与酵母菌或鼠红细胞结合的B 细胞,与红细胞及酵母菌两者均结
We made 18 cases of leukemia lymphocytes E-RFC method, Em method and E-Yc method garland test for immunophenotyping. The ultrastructural features of T, B, N and D cells were observed by transmission electron microscopy. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Thirteen patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (acute lymphocytic leukemia) and 5 chronic non-lymphocytic leukemia (chronic lymphocytic leukemia) were confirmed by clinical examination and bone marrow smear.
