目的:观察中西医结合治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将60例肛周湿疹患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组予口服依巴斯汀,冰柏液塌渍后外涂地奈德乳膏;对照组口服依巴斯汀片及外涂地奈德乳膏,两组疗程均为2周。结果:治疗后两组的瘙痒程度、渗液及皮损面积评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86.7%和76.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗肛周湿疹疗效确切。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of perianal eczema. Methods: 60 cases of perianal eczema patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases. The patients in the treatment group were given oral Bastine orally and Bingde liquid was coated with Naedek cream after collapse. The control group was administered orally with Bastine tablets and Tuinaide cream. The two courses of treatment were two weeks. Results: The scores of pruritus, exudate and lesion area were improved in both groups after treatment (P <0.05), and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative treatment of perianal eczema is effective.
