目的:观察慈菇海藻汤用于GDP治疗复发难治性淋巴瘤的增效作用及远期效果。方法:选取我院2011年1月~2013年12月期间收治的复发难治性淋巴瘤患者83例为研究对象,随机分为观察组43例和对照组40例,观察组给予慈菇海藻汤配合GDP方案化疗,对照组单纯给予GDP方案化疗;比较两组临床疗效,检测T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+比较两组治疗前后免疫功能差异,并进行远期随访比较两组复发及死亡情况。结果:观察组RR为93.02%显著高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+变化均不明显(P>0.05),观察组治疗后CD3+(59.16±7.51)%、CD4+(46.68±4.20)%、CD4+/CD8+(1.61±0.19)较治疗前均明显上升,且显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组远期复发率为9.30%、远期死亡率为6.98%均明显低于对照组27.50%、22.50%(P<0.05)。结论:慈菇海藻汤配合GDP化疗治疗复发难治性淋巴瘤有较好的增效作用,体现在显著提高临床疗效,增强免疫功能;远期可减少复发,提高生存率。
Objective: To observe the synergistic effect and long-term effect of Shiji mushroom seaweed soup in the treatment of relapsed and refractory lymphoma. Methods: A total of 83 patients with recurrent refractory lymphoma who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n = 43) and control group (n = 40). The observation group was given ginkgo seaweed soup The patients in the control group were treated with GDP chemotherapy alone. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. The differences in the immune function between the two groups before and after treatment were compared. The long-term follow-up was compared between the two groups Recurrence and death. Results: The RR of observation group was 93.02%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.00%, P <0.05). The changes of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 + and CD4 + / CD8 + in the control group were not significant 59.16 ± 7.51%, CD4 + (46.68 ± 4.20)%, CD4 + / CD8 + (1.61 ± 0.19) were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05) .The long-term recurrence rate in the observation group was 9.30% , The long-term mortality was 6.98% were significantly lower than the control group 27.50%, 22.50% (P <0.05). Conclusion: The effect of Shiji mushroom seaweed soup combined with GDP chemotherapy in the treatment of relapsed and refractory lymphoma has a good synergistic effect, which is manifested in significantly improving clinical efficacy and enhancing immune function; long-term can reduce recurrence and improve survival rate.
