随着物质生活水平的提高和家庭基本结构的变化,很多幼儿从富裕的“6+1”家庭中向我们走来。帮助他们尽快地适应集体生活、逐渐提高他们的集体生活能力就成了幼儿园教育的主要任务。本文首先阐述了幼儿集体生活能力培养的内容及意义,分析了幼儿集体生活能力发展的现状。然后,有针对性地提出了一些教育指导的策略。指出教师应从同伴互动、环境创设、家庭配合等方面进行有效地指导,以逐步提高幼儿集体生活的能力。
With the improvement of material living standards and changes in the basic structure of the family, many young children come to us from wealthy “6 + 1” families. To help them adapt to collective life as soon as possible and gradually improve their collective living ability has become the main task of kindergarten education. This article first describes the content and significance of children’s collective living ability training, analyzes the current situation of children’s collective living ability development. Then, put forward some strategies of education guidance in a targeted manner. It is pointed out that teachers should effectively guide peer interaction, environment creation and family cooperation so as to gradually improve the children’s collective life ability.
