目的 探讨偏头痛患者脑血流改变及发病机制。方法 采用TCD仪测定 2 0例偏头痛患者大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉、椎动脉及基底动脉的峰值血流速度 (VP)、平均血流速度 (Vm)、阻力指数(RI)及搏动指数 (PI) ,并与 2 0例对照组比较。结果 偏头痛患者发作期血流速度多减慢 ,尤以椎动脉及基底动脉明显 ,仅有 4例典型偏头痛患者血流速度增快。结论 偏头痛发作期脑血流量减少可能为其发病机制之一。
Objective To investigate the changes of cerebral blood flow and pathogenesis in patients with migraine. Methods TCD was used to measure the peak blood flow velocity (VP), mean blood flow velocity (Vm) and resistance index (RI) in middle cerebral artery, anterior cerebral artery, posterior cerebral artery, vertebral artery and basilar artery in 20 migraine patients. And pulsatility index (PI), and compared with 20 cases of control group. Results In migraineurs, the blood flow velocity was more slowed down in the episode, especially in the vertebral artery and basilar artery, and only 4 patients with typical migraine increased blood flow velocity. Conclusions The decrease of cerebral blood flow in migraine attack may be one of its pathogenesis.
