天津大学利用APPLEⅡ微型计算机进行冲裁模的计算机辅助设计的研究。研制成功了冲裁模CAD系统“TD”。在APPLEⅡ上运行的TD软件,能够用于设计多种类型的冲裁模,包括单工序模、连续模和复合模。它根据冲裁件零件图,经制件输入,工艺计算及模具结构设计计算,最后由绘图机输出全套冲裁模装配图和零件图,并输出用线切割加工凹模、固定板、卸料板等零件所需的三B指令程序。三B指令的自动编制,使TD系统不仅具有辅助设计功能,而且具备了辅助制造的部分功能。
Research on Computer Aided Design of Punching Die by APPLE Ⅱ Microcomputer in Tianjin University. Successfully developed blanking die CAD system “TD”.
