目的通过对江苏地区2011年生产和市售的花生和玉米中黄曲霉毒素总量的检测分析,了解花生和玉米中黄曲霉毒素的污染状况,为进一步制定和完善相应的卫生标准和预防措施提供理论依据。方法用免疫亲和柱纯化、衍生,高效液相色谱分离,荧光检测器检测黄曲霉毒素总量。结果 2011年江苏省13个市采集的40份花生样品中有6份检出,含量在0.21μg/kg~1.55μg/kg之间,均未超出国家标准限量(≤10μg/kg)。81份玉米样品中42份检出,含量在0.20μg/kg~374.2μg/kg之间,5份超出国家标准限量。结论江苏省地区的玉米存在黄曲霉毒素污染,花生的污染较少。
Objective To understand the status of aflatoxins in peanut and corn by detecting and analyzing the total amount of aflatoxins in peanut and corn produced and marketed in Jiangsu Province in 2011 and provide a basis for further formulation and improvement of corresponding hygienic standards and preventive measures Theoretical basis. Methods Immunoaffinity column purification, derivatization, high performance liquid chromatography separation, detection of total aflatoxin fluorescence detector. Results Of the 40 peanut samples collected from 13 cities in Jiangsu Province in 2011, 6 were detected, ranging from 0.21μg / kg to 1.55μg / kg, all of which did not exceed the national standard limit (≤10μg / kg). In 81 maize samples, 42 samples were detected, the contents were between 0.20μg / kg and 374.2μg / kg, and 5 samples exceeded the national standard. Conclusion There is aflatoxin contamination in maize in Jiangsu Province and less pollution in peanut.
