一、产品抽样考核运行程序 1、研究车工鉴定标准及工作特点,确定抽样考核的项目类别,制定具有共性特点的评分标准。车工考核属于产品结果型,过去主要采用典型项目操作法,即预先选取一个或几个操作项目（图样）,按照项目要求准备操作设备及工具,在固定的鉴定点进行现场考核,被鉴定人员按照图样加工相同的考核工件,按工件加工精度进行检测评分。但此次鉴定试点工作我们采用了产品抽样考核方法,即直接到生产现场,结合生产实际进行考核,使鉴定项目来源于生产,鉴定工作服务于生产。
