对 54例心绞痛患者作选择性冠状动脉造影。心电图定位为前壁心肌缺血的相关血管77.8%是左前降支动脉 ( L AD) ,下壁心肌缺血相关血管 66%是右冠状动脉 ( RCA)。下壁并广泛心前导联缺血性 ST— T改变 ,是病变广泛的一项指标。有典型心绞痛症状而心电图正常者提示病变广泛
Selective coronary angiography was performed on 54 patients with angina pectoris. 77.8% of the vessels involved in the anterior myocardial ischemia were left anterior descending artery (LAD) and 66% of the vessels involved in inferior myocardial ischemia were right coronary artery (RCA). The inferior wall and extensive pre-MI lead to ischemic ST-T changes are an extensive indicator of disease. Patients with typical symptoms of angina and normal ECG suggest a wide range of lesions
