北京十三陵蓄能电厂的自动化控制系统已运行十年有余,因为自动化元件不可靠,给自动化设备的控制带来诸多问题。随着工业计算机技术在现场的广泛应用,使控制系统更新换代显得更加必要。文章通过对北京十三陵蓄能电厂的球阀控制系统和水轮机辅助设备控制系统进行PLC改造,系统地论述了水电厂自动化控制系统改造的全部经过。文章从这两大控制系统的运行背景、新系统软硬件配置、施工过程的详细步骤和施工经验、调试方案、试运行中对问题的总结及推广应用进行了全面介绍,对进行自动化设备控制系统改造具有一定的参考意义。
The automatic control system of the Shisanling Pumped Storage Power Station in Beijing has been in operation for more than a decade because of the unreliability of automation components and the problems brought about by the control of automation equipment. With the extensive application of industrial computer technology in the field, it is even more necessary to upgrade the control system. This article systematically elaborates the transformation of automation control system of hydropower plant through the PLC transformation of ball valve control system and turbine auxiliary equipment control system of the Shisanling Pumped Storage Power Station in Beijing. The paper introduces the operation background of the two control systems, the hardware and software configuration of the new system, the detailed steps of the construction process, the construction experience, the commissioning plan, the summary of the problems and the popularization and application of the commissioning. The control system of the automation equipment Transformation has a certain reference value.
