本文记述了1989和1990年用标准鼠疫菌141毒株实验感染喜马拉雅(?)的含菌皮张经日照,阴干和涂盐处理后的带菌动态。两年的三个组皮张带菌与转阴时间经统计学处理均有显著性差异,且日照组皮张的带菌与转阴时间早于涂盐组,涂盐组又早于阴干组。说明日照是处理皮张的最佳方案,也是最简单易行的办法。
This article describes the dynamic of the carriage of bacteria-containing hides infected with Hm.
