目的 研究前列腺癌组织中诱导型一氧化氮合酶的表达及其与突变型p5 3表达的相关性。方法 免疫组化SP法对前列腺癌和前列腺增生组织的iNOS和p5 3的表达进行测定 ,用病理图像自动分析仪进行分析和比较。结果 前列腺癌的iNOS和p5 3染色程度要强于前列腺增生组织。p5 3表达阳性区 ,iNOS的表达也呈阳性。结论 iNOS和突变型p5 3可能促进前列腺癌的发生、发展。
Objective To study the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase in prostate cancer and its relationship with the expression of mutant p5 3. Methods The expressions of iNOS and p5 3 in prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The pathological image automatic analyzer was used for analysis and comparison. Results Prostate cancer iNOS and p5 3 staining was stronger than benign prostatic hyperplasia. p5 3 positive expression area, iNOS expression was also positive. Conclusion iNOS and mutant p5 3 may promote the occurrence and development of prostate cancer.
