为明确声反射鼻测量计在辅助客观评估各种鼻腔及鼻咽部疾病（鼻炎、鼻息肉、腺样体肥大、呼吸睡眠暂停综合征）的严重程度及评价此类疾病手术或非手术治疗疗效中的作用，应用其测量了159例各种鼻腔及鼻咽部疾病患者，结果发现随鼻腔及鼻咽部疾病的病变性质、程度不同，鼻腔最小横截面积、鼻腔容积、鼻咽部容积有相应的改变，经手术或非手术治疗后可基本恢复正常。提示声反射鼻测量计是一种简便、有效的在多种鼻腔及鼻咽部疾病的辅助诊断及疗效判定方面有着重要意义的方法。
