结合上海市杨浦区五角场镇340街坊商业办公用房项目,介绍了再生混凝土作为结构材料在项目设计中的应用概况。研究了不同再生骨料替代率对C30、C40和C50再生混凝土抗压强度的影响,分析了项目所用高性能再生混凝土及其再生骨料的生产质量数据。最后提出了几点再生混凝土施工技术措施建议。结果表明,当再生骨料取代率为30%时,C30和C40再生混凝土抗压强度最佳;当再生骨料取代率为10%时,C50再生混凝土的抗压强度较佳。数据证明再生粗骨料原材料质量稳定,符合国家标准,出厂再生混凝土产品质量稳定可控,抗压强度的平均值和标准差符合混凝土设计要求。
With the project of 340 commercial buildings in Wujiaochang Town, Yangpu District, Shanghai, this paper introduces the application of recycled concrete as a structural material in project design. The effects of different recycled aggregate substitution rates on the compressive strength of C30, C40 and C50 recycled concrete were studied. The production quality data of high performance recycled concrete used in the project and its recycled aggregates were analyzed. Finally, some suggestions on technical measures for construction of recycled concrete are put forward. The results show that the compressive strength of C30 and C40 recycled concrete is the best when the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate is 30%. When the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate is 10%, the compressive strength of C50 recycled concrete is better. The data proves that the quality of recycled coarse aggregate raw materials is stable and in line with national standards. The quality of factory recycled concrete products is stable and controllable. The average value and standard deviation of compressive strength conform to the design requirements of concrete.
