Japan developed an advanced robot equipped with two arms, each arm has a Tibetan place. Each hand has four fingers with a tactile sensor (Figure 1), fingers about 15 mm in diameter. Each arm has 14 degrees of freedom. The hand is mounted on a mechanical arm with seven degrees of freedom. The robot has a total of 40
