跳远助跑具有双重任务,第一是发挥最大速度,第二是准确踏上起跳板,且要尽量减少起跳损失距离。跳远助跑的稳定性是取得较好成绩的根本保证。在比赛中,有经验的运动员会根据风向、天气等因素适当调整自己的助跑距离、助跑节奏,并且能够稳定地发挥助跑速度,这是成熟运动员的重要标志。本人经过数年的教学和训练,总结出一些适合业余跳远运动员助跑稳定性的方法,以供大家探讨。
