在中职学校建设选择性课程体系过程中,要通过“模块化课程”的选择机制、“工学交替”的教学机制和“做中学”的学习机制,积极创新中等职业教育人才培养模式。学校通过开设基于“职业体验”的专业必修和选修课程、开设基于“学徒见习”的专业限定选修课程、开设基于“企业顶岗”的专业限定选修课程,可以形成“产学融合,工学交替,项目引领,理实一体”的教学范式,并形成以职业素养为核心的课程教学多元评价体系,从而促进中职生的选择性学习和主动参与式学习,有效提升中职生的综合职业素养,提高中职学校的人才培养质量。
