内容依托式教学(CBI)是一种语言与内容有机结合的教学方法,旨在提高学生的语言技能的同时也提高其学科知识。本项研究通过开放式调查问卷得出数据,分析大学英语选修课内容依托教学对学生跨文化交际能力发展影响的实践结果。研究结果表明,内容依托式教学课堂活动对学生增加跨文化知识、增强跨文化态度、提升跨文化技能和提高跨文化意识都有着积极的作用。
Content-based instruction (CBI) is a combination of language and content teaching methods, designed to improve students’ language skills but also improve their knowledge of the subject. In this study, the data were obtained through an open questionnaire to analyze the practical results of the influence of the content of college English electives on the development of students’ intercultural communication skills. The results show that the content-based instructional classroom activities have a positive effect on students’ increasing intercultural knowledge, enhancing intercultural attitudes, enhancing intercultural skills and enhancing cross-cultural awareness.
