本文以三峡升船机的初步设计为例,分析了多电机超静定驱动机构的受力情况,并应结构力学的方法导出了在各种计算情况下同步轴传递扭矩的计算公式,给出了同步轴扭矩的计算果,还将手工计算与计算机计算的结果进行了比较。
In this paper, taking the preliminary design of Three Gorges ship lift as an example, the force situation of the multi-motor statically indeterminate drive mechanism is analyzed. The formula of the transmission torque of the synchronous shaft under various calculation conditions is deduced by the method of structural mechanics. The result of calculating the torque of synchronous shaft is also compared with that of manual calculation and computer calculation.
