陆军工程兵转型建设是适应新的战争形态的大势所趋,是陆军整体转型的重要内容,也是工程兵兵种自身建设发展的内在需要。在转型方向的选择上,应找准发展起点方位,重构作战理论体系,优化规模结构编成,深化工程装备建设,推动实战化军事训练。在方法路径选择上,应搞好顶层设计,规划工程兵转型建设的目标方向;强化创新驱动,激发工程兵转型建设的持久活力;贯彻军民融合,提升工程兵转型建设的质量效益。
The transformation of the Army Corps of Engineers is the general trend of adapting to the new war pattern and is an important part of the overall transformation of the Army. It is also an inherent need of the self-construction and development of the Corps of Engineers. In the choice of the direction of the transition, we should identify the starting point for development, reconstruct the theoretical system of operations, optimize the structure of the scale, deepen the construction of engineering equipment and promote the actual combat military training. In the selection of methods, we should make the top-level design and plan the target direction for the transformation of construction corps. We should strengthen innovation-driven and inspire the long-term vitality of the engineering construction and transformation. We should carry out the military and civilian integration to enhance the quality and efficiency of the construction corps.
