目的比较两种不同材料桩核修复系统对喇叭口状残根修复后牙齿抗折性能的影响。方法选择20颗近期拔除的完整人上颌第一双尖牙,截冠后行完善根管治疗,根管口磨除部分牙体组织后形成喇叭口状。然后随机分成两组,分别进行镍铬合金、玻璃纤维桩两种不同材料的桩核冠修复。所有样本包埋后,置于电子万能测试机上进行牙根抗折性能的测试。结果牙根抗折强度镍铬合金组小于玻璃纤维桩组(P<0.01)。结论在喇叭口状残根保存修复中,玻璃纤维桩核系统应该为一种较好的选择方式。
Objective To compare the effect of two kinds of different materials of post-core repair system on the fracture resistance of trumpet-shaped residual roots. Methods Totally 20 intact human maxillary first premolar teeth were selected. The root canal treatment was performed after the truncated crown was removed. The part of the root canal mouth was worn away to form a trumpet-like shape. Then randomly divided into two groups, respectively, nickel-chromium alloy, glass fiber post two different materials of the post crown restoration. After embedding all the samples, they were placed on the electronic universal testing machine to test the root bending resistance. Results The root bending strength of the Ni-Cr alloy group was smaller than that of the glass fiber pile group (P <0.01). Conclusion In the trumpet-shaped residual root preservation and repair, the fiberglass post-core system should be a better choice.
