本研究将乌桕木油基生物柴油和0#柴油进行掺烧动力试验,结果表明乌桕木油基生物柴油与0#柴油可以任意比掺混互溶,掺混燃烧的输出功率在相同的工况点没有明显差异,随着负荷的增大,输出功率略有下降。乌桕木油基生物柴油的有效燃油消化率比石化柴油略高,在低配比下相当。因此,乌桕木油基生物柴油与石化柴油混合使用可以克服其十六烷值的不足,不需对柴油机作任何调整,建议用乌桕木油基生物柴油作柴油机燃油时以低配比掺混使用。
In this study, the blending test of black oil-based biodiesel and 0 # diesel oil was carried out. The results showed that the oil-based biodiesel and 0 # diesel oil could be mixed and miscible with each other at any ratio. The output power of blended combustion was in the same condition No significant difference, with the load increases, the output power decreased slightly. The effective fuel digestibility of black sand oil-based biodiesel is slightly higher than that of petrochemical diesel, which is equivalent at low ratio. Therefore, the hybrid oil of balsam wood with petrodiesel can overcome its shortage of cetane number without any adjustment to the diesel engine, and it is suggested to use low-ratio mixed with the oil of balsam wood-based biodiesel for diesel fuel .
