1994年,宁夏回族自治区水产业在国家、自治区经济政策调整和最大改革举措相继出台的新形势下,显示出了勃勃生机和较强的市场应变能力。各级水产部门转变职能,研究市场,指导农民调整生产结构,增加技术投入,发展二高一优渔业,开创了我区水产业在市场经济体制下进一步发展的新局面。
In 1994, the aquatic industry in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region showed its vitality and strong market resilience under the new situation in which the economic policy adjustment and the biggest reform measures of the state and the autonomous region were introduced one after another. The aquatic products departments at all levels have changed their functions, studied the market, guided the peasants to adjust their production structure, increased their investment in technology, and developed the fishery of the second highest level and the superior level, and created a new situation for the further development of the aquaculture industry in our district under the market economy system.
