中国滨海有大面积含盐量较高的吹填淤泥需固化处理。现采用自制固化剂A与普通硅酸盐水泥对含盐量为8%的天津滨海新区吹填淤泥TT进行固化试验,当固化剂掺入比为10%和15%时,采用自制固化剂A的固化土强度分别比用普硅水泥的固化土强度提高了2.4倍和1.7倍。采取SEM、XRD和EDXA等试验对各固化土进行对比分析,结果表明:固化剂A固化TT固化土时,除产生了与水泥水化物相同的水化产物外,还与TT中的NaCl共同作用生成水化产物Ca4Al2Cl2O6?10H2O;Ca4Al2Cl2O6?10H2O体积膨胀填充土中空隙,是吹填淤泥固化土的强度大幅提高的原因之一。
