目的分析深圳市福田区2005—2009年HIV/AIDS的流行状况,为AIDS的预防控制提供科学依据。方法对福田区2005—2009年AIDS常规监测和哨点监测资料进行描述性的流行病学分析。结果福田区2005—2009年共监测1022540份血清,发现HIV/AIDS658例,其中AIDS患者63例,阳性率0.064%。在658例HIV/AIDS中,年龄分布以21～40岁的中青年为主,占85.58%,男女性别比为3.39∶1。职业分布以无业、退休或家政、商业服务为主,共502例,占76.29%;感染途径为性接触传播的占52.43%。地区分布以外省籍流动人员为主,共324例,占50.00%;样本主要来源于公安监管场所,其他就诊者,检测、性病门诊就诊者,共检出538例,占81.91%;阳性检出率最高的为阳性者配偶或性伴(100.00%)。结论福田区的AIDS流行形势严峻,性接触是HIV/AIDS传播的主要途径,HIV/AIDS中以外地流动人口和无业、退休或家政、商业服务居多,阳性者配偶或性伴检测阳性率最高。当前工作重点是加强对流动人员、阳性者配偶或性伴的防治AIDS知识宣传,采取适当的行为干预措施,促使高危人群改变其高危行为,减少危害,预防和控制AIDS的流行。
Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of HIV / AIDS from 2005 to 2009 in Futian District, Shenzhen, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of AIDS. Methods A descriptive epidemiological analysis of AIDS routine surveillance and sentinel surveillance data from 2005 to 2009 in Futian District was conducted. Results A total of 1022540 serum samples were detected in Futian District during 2005-2009, and 658 HIV / AIDS cases were detected, of which 63 were AIDS patients. The positive rate was 0.064%. Among 658 cases of HIV / AIDS, the age distribution was mainly between young and middle-aged people aged 21-40 years, accounting for 85.58% with a sex ratio of 3.39:1. Occupation distribution is mainly unemployed, retirement or domestic and commercial services, a total of 502 cases, accounting for 76.29%; infection way for the spread of sexual contact accounted for 52.43%. There were 324 migrant workers of migrant ethnic origin outside the region, accounting for 50.00%. The samples were mainly from public security supervisory sites, other medical staff, testing and STD clinics, of which 538 cases were detected (81.91%). Positive samples The highest rate of positive spouse or partner (100.00%). Conclusion The prevalence of AIDS in Futian District is severe. Sexual contact is the main route of HIV / AIDS transmission. Floating population and unemployed, retired or domestic workers living in HIV / AIDS are the most frequently used commercial services. The positive rate of spouse or partner detection is the highest. The current focus of work is to step up publicity on the prevention and treatment of AIDS among migrants, spouse or partner who are positive, and take appropriate behavioral interventions to promote the high-risk groups to change their high-risk behaviors, reduce their harm and prevent and control the AIDS epidemic.
