本试验利用虹膜平滑肌对传出神经药物极为敏感的特点,试验和比较了几种常用传出神经药物对兔瞳孔的作用。包括拟胆碱药的作用强度比较;拟胆碱药与抗胆碱药的相互拮抗及拮抗强度比较;拟胆碱药与拟肾上腺素药的相互拮抗及拮抗强度比较;拟肾上腺素药的作用强度比较;拟肾上腺素药与抗胆碱药对拟胆碱药拮抗作用的比较;以及抗胆碱药对正常瞳孔与兴奋状态瞳孔的作用比较。通过多方面的对比,使传出神经药物对虹膜平滑肌的作用表现得更为鲜明突出,更有助于临床选药。
