新生儿窒息是造成新生儿死亡及残疾的主要原因之一。我院自1985年以来收治34例,出生时阿氏评分均在0~6分。早期并发症包括循环、神经中枢,泌尿,呼吸,消化,代谢等多系统多脏器的损害。现分析报告如下:资料分析本文34例均由本院妇产科抢救复苏后转入(不包括产房复苏后好转及死亡病例),其中重度窒息29例,轻度5例,均为足月儿,过期产8例,臀位产4例,胎头吸引器助产5例,出生体重2000~2500克3例,余均在2500克以上。(一)心血管系统改变:①心率改变:主要是缺氧酸中毒造成心动过缓。本组病例复苏后心率<100次/分者16例,100~120次/分8例,心率>140次/
