研究新试剂对甲醛基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(FDAA)与Hg(Ⅱ)的显色反应及条件。试验表明,在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,FDAA能与Hg(Ⅱ)形成稳定的红色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于510nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.16×10~5,Hg(Ⅱ)与FDAA的配合比为1:2,遵守比耳定律的线性范围为Hg(Ⅱ)0.5~12μg/25ml。试验了31种离子的干扰情况,采用升华法分离Hg,消除了大量共存离子的干扰,从而建立了一个灵敏、稳定、操作简便的吸光光度法测定矿石中痕量Hg(Ⅱ)的新方法。
The color reaction and conditions of the new reagent for the determination of formaldehyde, diazoaminoazobenzene (FDAA) and Hg (Ⅱ) were studied. The results showed that FDAA could form a stable red complex with Hg (Ⅱ) in the presence of nonionic surfactant Triton X-100. The maximum absorption wavelength was at 510 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 1.16 × 10 ~ 5. Hg (Ⅱ) and FDAA ratio of 1: 2, to comply with the Beer’s law linear range of Hg (Ⅱ) 0.5 ~ 12μg / 25ml. The interference of 31 kinds of ions was tested. Hg was separated by sublimation method and the interference of a large amount of coexisting ions was eliminated. A sensitive, stable and simple method for the determination of trace Hg (Ⅱ) in ore by spectrophotometry was established.
