结合用户满意度理论,对数字图书馆的用户进行分析,提出四个影响馆藏资源用户满意度的因素:馆藏资源的内容与形式;馆藏资源站点服务与支撑;馆藏资源利用效能;综合管理与服务。在此基础上,构建基于用户满意度的馆藏资源评价模型,并确定其指标评价体系。最后简单分析构建该模型的意义,以期对馆藏资源建设与评价提供理论参考。
Based on the theory of customer satisfaction, this paper analyzes the users of digital library and puts forward four factors that affect the customer satisfaction of the collection resources: the content and form of collection resources; the service and support of collection resources; the utilization efficiency of collection resources; the comprehensive management and service . On this basis, build a model of resource evaluation based on customer satisfaction and determine the index evaluation system. Finally, the significance of constructing the model is simply analyzed in order to provide a theoretical reference for the construction and evaluation of the collection resources.
