模块化设计方法在机床的设计与制造中起着越来越重要的作用。本文在机床的模块化设计中提出了智能方案设计和布置设计方法。根据模块化设计的特点,详细讨论了模块化设计信息的表示方法,提出了面向对象的模块化设计知识表示方法。并从分析专家系统技术,基于约束推理的再设计技术,基于特征的参数化实体造型技术和自动布置和装配技术的基础上,建立了机床模块化设计从方案到布置再到仿真以及干涉检验的设计模型、求解策略和系统的结构。
Modular design methods play an increasingly important role in the design and manufacture of machine tools. In this paper, the modular design of machine tools proposed intelligent program design and layout design.
