在高中数学教学中,解题基本功是数学教师的教学基本功之一,它对学生数学学习成绩的影响程度如何?高中数学青年教师解题基本功的现状如何?怎样通过教师内在的动力和学校外在的支持提高教师的数学解题能力,有效地促进青年教师专业化的成长?围绕上述问题,笔者组织我市高中数学青年教师进行了数学解题基本功调查测试,并运用统计方法对调查结果进行处理和分析.在本文的最后还提出相应的对策和建议.
In high school mathematics teaching, the basic skill of problem solving is one of the basic teaching skills of mathematics teachers. How does it affect the student’s mathematics achievement? What is the status of basic mathematics for high school mathematics young teachers? How does the internal motivation of the teacher and the outside of the school? The support to improve teachers’ ability of solving problems in mathematics and effectively promote the growth of young teachers’ professionalization? Around the above issues, the author organizes the mathematics young teachers of high schools in our city to carry out the basic work of mathematics problem solving tests, and uses statistical methods to deal with the investigation results. And analysis. At the end of this paper also put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
