目的探讨工作场所空气中丙酮水平的检测方法。方法对样品中活性炭进行顶空处理,取0.50 ml顶空气体进样,选择GDX102色谱柱进行色谱分离,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果本方法的最低检出浓度为6.7 mg/m3;批内相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.33%~7.60%,批间RSD为4.09%~7.85%;平均加标回收率为96.0%~102.0%。结论采用本方法检测工作场所空气中丙酮水平具有快速、准确、灵敏度高的特点,并适宜于推广应用。
Objective To explore the method of detecting acetone in the air of workplace. Methods The headspace of the activated carbon in the sample was treated with 0.50 ml headspace gas, and the chromatographic separation was performed on a GDX102 column. The retention time was qualitative and the peak area was quantified. Results The minimum detectable concentration of this method was 6.7 mg / m3. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4.33% ~ 7.60%, and the inter-assay RSD was 4.09% ~ 7.85%. The average recovery was 96.0% ~ 102.0% . Conclusion The method for detecting acetone in the air of the workplace has the characteristics of fast, accurate and high sensitivity, and is suitable for popularization and application.
