本论文以江苏师范大学学生为研究对象,共发放问卷300份。采用了问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法等研究方法对江苏师范大学学生参加休闲体育的现状进行调查研究,旨在了解江苏师范大学学生参加休闲体育的现状,并根据学生参加休闲体育活动存在的一些不足,提出合理性建议,为学生参加休闲体育、培养终身体育意识提供一些参考,从而为高校学生休闲体育的进一步完善和发展提供理论基础。
This thesis takes Jiangsu Normal University students as the research object and distributes 300 questionnaires in total. This paper investigates the current situation of students participating in recreational sports in Jiangsu Normal University by means of questionnaire, literature and mathematical statistics, and so on. The purpose is to understand the current situation of students participating in recreational sports in Jiangsu Normal University. According to the students’ participation in recreational sports activities, Some suggestions are put forward to provide some references for students to participate in leisure sports and cultivate lifelong sports awareness so as to provide a theoretical basis for the further improvement and development of leisure sports in colleges and universities.
