目的观察康复新液配合激光治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法将120例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为两组,治疗组在激光凝固术后以康复新液带线棉球填置阴道,紧贴宫颈;对照组术后不用药。结果治疗组与对照组比较,总有效率及阴道排液、阴道出血、创面感染等情况均有显著性差异。结论康复新液配合激光治疗宫颈糜烂,能够显著减少阴道排液、阴道出血、创面感染,且未见不良反应,疗效确切,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with laser on cervical erosion. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the treatment group were treated with vaginal fluid with cotton thread of Kang Fuxin liquid and close to the cervix after laser coagulation. The patients in the control group were given no medicine after operation. Results The treatment group and the control group, the total effective rate and vaginal discharge, vaginal bleeding, wound infection were significantly different. Conclusion Kangfuxin solution combined with laser treatment of cervical erosion can significantly reduce the vaginal discharge, vaginal bleeding, wound infection, and no adverse reactions, the exact effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
