由中国药学会、湖南省人民政府主办的2009年中国药学大会暨第九届中国药师周于11月21～23日在湖南省长沙市举行。本次大会的主题是“药学科技创新与医药卫生体制改革”。全国人大常委会副委员长、中国要学会理事长、中国工程院院士桑国卫在开幕词中指出:新中国成立60年来,我国医药卫生事业发生了翻天覆地的变化,取得了举世瞩目的巨大成就。中国药学会组织2009年中国药学大会暨第九届中国药师周的重要目的,就是要紧跟时代发展步伐,深入落实科学发展观,更好实施科教兴国战略、人才强国战略、可持续发展战略,大力培养医药卫生科技人才,把增强医药自主创新能力作为发展药学科学技术的战略基点,为加快和促进我国民族医药卫生事业健康发展、科学发展服务,不断把我国医药卫生事业推向一个新的高点。与会代表们围绕“药学科技创新与医药卫生体制改革”这一大会主题各抒己见,全面探讨了我国在国家科技创新环境下,如何进行药学科学技术的创新与发展,交流学术新成果、新经验和新体会,促进我国药学科学技术的发展,保障人民用药安全等。本刊现选取精彩大会报告以及部分优秀分会场报告进行报道,希望对广大药学工作者未来的工作提供一定帮助。
The 2009 China Pharmaceutical Conference and the 9th China Pharmacist Week, sponsored by the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association and the Hunan Provincial People’s Government, were held in Changsha, Hunan Province on November 21-23. The theme of this conference is “Pharmaceutical Science and Technology Innovation and Health System Reform ”. In his opening address, Sang Guowei, vice chairman of the NPC Standing Committee and chairman of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, pointed out: Since the founding of new China, the medical and health undertakings in our country have undergone tremendous changes over the past 60 years and have achieved tremendous achievements that have attracted worldwide attention. The important purpose of organizing the 2009 China Pharmaceutical Conference and the 9th Chinese Pharmacist Week is to keep pace with the development of the times, thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development, better implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, the strategy of strengthening the country by employing qualified personnel, the strategy of sustainable development, Vigorously cultivate medical and health science and technology personnel, to enhance the capability of independent innovation of medicine as the strategic basis for the development of pharmaceutical science and technology, in order to accelerate and promote the healthy development of national medicine and health in our country, scientific development services, and constantly push our medical and health undertakings to a new high point. The participants all expressed their opinions on the theme of this conference: “Pharmaceutical Science, Technology Innovation and Medical and Health System Reform”, and discussed in an all-round way how to carry out the innovation and development of pharmacy science and technology in China under the environment of national science and technology innovation and exchange academic new achievements and experiences And new experiences, promote the development of China’s pharmaceutical science and technology, and ensure the safety of people’s medication. This magazine is selected to highlight the report of the General Assembly as well as some excellent sub-venue report reports, hoping to help the future of the majority of pharmacy workers to provide some help.
