综述了４种预测药物经皮渗透性的模型：经验回归方程、简单膜的分配－扩散模型、皮肤二层膜模型及应用其它物化参数的模型，并对其进行了简要的讨论。这些模型在一定的范围内均可以准确预测药物的渗透系数，对于研究开发药物的透皮吸收制剂具有指导意义。 Four models for predicting the transdermal permeability of drugs were reviewed: empirical regression equation, simple membrane partitioning-diffusion model, skin two-layer membrane model, and other physical and chemical parameters models, and briefly discussed. These models can accurately predict the permeability coefficient of drugs within a certain range, which is instructive for the research and development of transdermal absorption preparations of drugs.
