在送电线路基础的施工中,经常会遇到地下水或基坑积水。在这种坑内浇注混凝土,如不能有效地将水与混凝土隔离,就会影响工程的质量。在平武线路工程中,我们采用塑料兜隔水浇制混凝土基础,取得了良好施工效果。塑料兜是用比较坚韧厚实的塑料布(膜)制作的,其长宽尺寸与坑底相同,深度侧视坑内的水位而定,坑壁渗水高度大时,兜应深一些,反之。浅一些,一般采用1~2米深即可满足要求。兜的四个边角用热粘法粘合密实牢固,使其具有一定的强度,不致开裂漏水。
In the construction of the foundation of the transmission line, groundwater or pit water accumulation is often encountered. Pouring concrete in such pits, if not effectively separating the water from the concrete, will affect the quality of the project. In the Pingwu line project, we used a plastic bucket to pour the concrete foundation and achieved good construction results. The plastic pocket is made of relatively strong and thick plastic cloth (film). The length and width of the plastic pocket is the same as the bottom of the pit. The depth of the pit is determined by the water level in the pit. When the seepage height of the pit wall is high, the pocket should be deeper. Lighter, generally 1 to 2 meters deep to meet the requirements. The four corners of the pocket are tightly and firmly bonded by hot-sticking, so that they have a certain strength and do not cause cracking and water leakage.
