1990年12月，南京炼油厂在施工中发现一块唐代墓志。墓志为青石质，长53．5、宽47．5、厚8．5厘米。志文楷书阴刻，竖行25行，满行20～23字不等，总计521字。文字清晰，行间以浅刻竖线相隔。四周有边框(图一)。现将全文释录如下。
