一、前言人们常说,铸件的质量问题主要是大炉、型砂问题。所谓大炉问题,就是铁水的质量问题。铁水的质量主要包括铁水的成分和温度。关于如何提高铁水温度问题,人们已经进行了大量的研究,取得了不少成果。关于铁水成份问题,人们在炉前快速检测方面做了不少工作。至于如何稳定至关重要的原铁水成份问题,相对来说则研究得较少。为了了解北京地区冲天炉铁水质量的现状及元素变化规律,作者调研了北京七个生产水平较高的大型铸铁厂(车间)的十一台冲天炉。收集整理了其中三个厂四台冲天炉

In order to understand the present situation and the changing rules of hot metal quality in cupolas in Beijing, the author investigated eleven cupola furnaces in seven large-scale iron foundries (workshops) with high production levels in Beijing. Collecting and sorting out three of them four cupola
