近年来硒在心血管系统疾病中的作用受到重视,研究日广,目前亚硒酸钠已用于临床治疗心绞痛及动物实验性心肌梗塞(MI)的研究。但亚硒酸钠对大鼠等小动物血液动力学及左室功能的影响,尚未见报道。由于大鼠是心血管系统生理、病理生理及其是MI研究的常用动物,与大动物相比,大鼠在心肌收缩蛋白酶活性、对MI耐受性及MI后恢复过程诸方面均存在较大差异,故探讨不同剂量亚硒酸钠对正常大鼠血液动力学及左室功能
