随着能与神经受体特异性结合的显像剂的开发,在应用神经受体SPECT显像评价脑功能方面有了长足进展。文章综述了近年来中枢性苯甲二氮(艹卓)受体~123I-IMZ SPECT显像的基础研究及其在脑血管病、癫痫、中枢神经系统变性疾病等方面的应用研究进展。神经受体显像研究为在活体上动态研究神经受体的分布及其变化,分析神经细胞的动能状态等开辟了新的途径。
With the development of imaging agents capable of specifically binding to neural receptors, considerable progress has been made in assessing brain function using neural receptor SPECT imaging. This review summarizes the basic research of central benzodiazepine receptor 123I-IMZ SPECT imaging in recent years and its application in cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy and degenerative diseases of the central nervous system. Neural receptor imaging research opens up new avenues for dynamically studying the distribution and changes of neural receptors in vivo and analyzing the kinetic state of nerve cells.
