伴随我国经济的增长中职酒店管理专业得到了长远的发展,并不断改革自己在人才上的培养模式,而校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式符合学生学习发展的规律,能够满足市场对酒店管理专业人才的要求。本文首先深入研究了当前我国中职酒店管理专业在校企合作、工学结合这种新时期人才培养模式上存在的一些不足,之后给出了解决这些问题并很好的实施校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式的重要措施。
