路面结构本身对车辙的产生和变化存在较大影响。文中为了研究路面结构对车辙的影响,进行了3种沥青混合料的flow number试验,对试验数据进行回归,得到了时间硬化模型参数。对国内常见的半刚性基层沥青路面建立车辙有限元模型,并分析路面结构层厚度对车辙的影响。结果表明:车辙随中面层和下面层厚度的增长而递减,随基层厚度的增长而递增;随下面层厚度的增长而递减的趋势逐渐变慢,当下面层厚度较薄时车辙随其厚度增长而快速减小,当下面层厚度达到20cm时车辙减小的速度明显下降,车辙量趋于稳定。这些结论可为进一步的路面车辙控制研究提供参考。
Pavement structure itself has great influence on the generation and change of rutting. In order to study the influence of pavement structure on rutting, three kinds of asphalt mixture flow number tests were carried out, and the experimental data were regressed, and the parameters of time hardening model were obtained. The rutting finite element model is established for common semi-rigid base asphalt pavement in China, and the influence of pavement structure layer thickness on rutting is analyzed. The results show that the rut decreases with the increase of the thickness of the middle and lower layers, and increases with the increase of the thickness of the base. The trend of decreasing with the increase of the thickness of the lower layer gradually becomes slower. When the thickness of the lower layer is thinner, Increasing rapidly and decreasing rapidly. When the thickness of the lower layer reached 20 cm, the speed of reducing rut decreased obviously and the amount of rutting tended to be stable. These conclusions can provide reference for the further research on pavement rut control.
