企业政治思想工作和企业文化建设相互依存,不可分割,企业利用它们之间这一特殊关系,通过倡导企业精神,建设企业文化,最终可以将两者相互融合,做到政治思想工作开展的同时把企业文化建设融入其中,反之亦然,这样一来就有助于政治思想工作途径的扩展,提高企业职工的思想觉悟,进一步就可以促进企业文化建设。本文主要分析了企业文化建设对企业发展的作用、企业政治思想与企业文化的内在联系以及建设企业文化要求加强政治思想工作的开展。
The political and ideological work of enterprises and the construction of enterprise culture are interdependent and indivisible. Enterprises make use of this special relationship between them, advocating entrepreneurship and building a corporate culture, and finally they can integrate the two so as to carry out political and ideological work simultaneously The incorporation of corporate culture and vice versa will help to expand the channels of political and ideological work and enhance the ideological consciousness of the employees in the enterprise, and further promote the corporate culture. This paper mainly analyzes the function of corporate culture to the development of the enterprise, the inner connection between the corporate political thought and the corporate culture and the requirement of building the enterprise culture to strengthen the political and ideological work.
