目的探讨针对性护理对呼吸系统疾病患者的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月于大连市友谊医院呼吸内科就诊的100例患者为研究对象,按护理方法不同随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组患者采取普通护理模式,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施针对性护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度及投诉率。结果观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,投诉率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在呼吸科采取针对性护理,可以明显降低患者投诉率,提高护理满意度,改善其生命质量,促进医患关系和谐发展。
Objective To investigate the impact of targeted nursing on patients with respiratory diseases. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 100 patients treated in Department of Respiratory Medicine, Dalian Friendship Hospital were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods. The control group of patients take the common mode of care, the observation group patients in the control group based on the implementation of targeted care, the two groups of patients satisfaction and complaint rate of care. Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the complaint rate was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions In the respiratory department to take targeted care, can significantly reduce the patient complaint rate, improve nursing satisfaction, improve their quality of life, and promote the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.
